Alexander Lövkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Uggstedt having to interfere. In the 4th match minute, Vansbro FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eskil Gustafsson to maneuver through the defense. After 7 played minutes Vansbro FF got a freekick which was hit by Eskil Gustafsson. The crowd rose to their feet as Peder Strömberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Eklund. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. After 11 played minutes Vansbro FF got a freekick which was hit by Jon Petersson. Peter Uggstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Deckbergh, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, Patrik Blanck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eric Deckbergh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Peter Uggstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Eric Deckbergh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vansbro FF's Peter Uggstedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Johnsson in the 19th minute of play forced Vansbro FF's goalkeeper Peter Uggstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Eklund was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Peder Strömberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Hökmossen AIF's Eric Deckbergh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peter Uggstedt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexander Lövkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Uggstedt having to make a save. Alexander Lövkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Peder Strömberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Eklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hökmossen AIF getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Patrik Blanck hit a great ball. David Eklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peder Strömberg in the 49th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eric Deckbergh was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Kvist in the 53rd minute of play forced Hökmossen AIF's goalkeeper David Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Hökmossen AIF got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Lövkvist. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Deckbergh in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Uggstedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 60 played minutes Hökmossen AIF got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Blanck. The supporters of Vansbro FF booed when Hökmossen AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Johnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henry Kvist took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Eklund. David Eklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Alexander Lövkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Kvist in the 75th minute of play forced Hökmossen AIF's goalkeeper David Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hökmossen AIF's David Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esbjörn Strömberg in the 80th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Vansbro FF's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Sjögren came free, but Peter Uggstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Vansbro FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eskil Gustafsson to maneuver through the defense. Esbjörn Strömberg took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Eklund. David Eklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When the referee blew the final whistle, Vansbro FF could leave the field as winners, despite Hökmossen AIF having more of the ball for most of the match.
