A wasted opportunity for Blackstad IK. After 41 minutes, Johan Dahlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blackstad IK and the Värmdö FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes Blackstad IK got a freekick which was hit by Johan Dahlberg. During the 43rd minute of the match Johan Dahlberg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Johan Dahlberg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Blackstad IK getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Johan Dahlberg hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Erik Palm in the 45th minute of play forced Blackstad IK's goalkeeper Tim Barck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes of play, Värmdö FK's Jens-Erik Palm made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tim Barck was left in no man's land by his defense there! Karl-Erik Abelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Malte Alström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Tim Barck made a huge save. In the 56th minute, Jens-Erik Palm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Värmdö FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 64th minute, Roy Stensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute Eric Utter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dick Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Jens-Erik Palm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tim Barck. Blackstad IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens-Erik Palm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Jens-Erik Palm succeeded in the game's 71st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. In the 73rd minute, Karl-Erik Abelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Blackstad IK's Tim Barck got control of the ball when Karl-Erik Abelsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roy Stensson kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Dick Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Stensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. With a little luck, Blackstad IK's Tim Barck got control of the ball when Jens-Erik Palm tried to sneak it across the goal line.
