Bror Blom was shown his second yellow card after 26 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 27 played minutes Insjön FF got a freekick which was hit by Bror Blom. 32 minutes into the match, Harry Vallmark had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrik Gernberg. We Are Leeds's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Vallmark was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 63rd minute Karl-Johan Pihlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egon Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 played minutes, We Are Leeds's Stig-Ove Eliasson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Egon Olofsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line.
