A very good chance. 13 minutes into the game, Johan Dahlberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blackstad IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Insjön FF the free kick. The supporters of Insjön FF booed when Blackstad IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Dahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Blackstad IK's zone, Hubert Lindqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tim Barck came out of the goal and Hubert Lindqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20thth minute of the game Hubert Lindqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blackstad IK's Tim Barck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Blackstad IK's Roy Stensson got a free kick in the 21st minute. A hard and well directed shot from Eskil Ahlberg led 21 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Blackstad IK's Tim Barck became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. If Hubert Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tim Barck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Vallmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Insjön FF booed when Blackstad IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Dahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Insjön FF's Harry Vallmark got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hubert Lindqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tim Barck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hubert Lindqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. After 37 minutes, Eric Utter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blackstad IK and the Insjön FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Blackstad IK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Eric Utter hit a great ball. When Roy Stensson came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Blackstad IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roy Stensson couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 56 played minutes Insjön FF got a freekick which was hit by Tom Galle. Tim Barck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Vallmark, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Hubert Lindqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Barck having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Insjön FF's Harry Vallmark ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tim Barck. Tim Barck yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hubert Lindqvist got free with Tim Barck in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by William Torstensson during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Blackstad IK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Insjön FF's performance. The match ended with a win for Insjön FF.
