Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 8 minutes, Marcus Pettersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jeff Pesos FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcus Pettersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute, Pål Friberger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mathias Fridlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Per-Åke Skräddare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Jeff Pesos FF's goal looked a bit too open when Petter Tingberg came free, but Jonatan Söder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marcus Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Jeff Pesos FF's Elliott Hjortberg got a free kick in the 35th minute. Per-Åke Skräddare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Pettersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Gustav Söderkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Petter Tingberg made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Jeff Pesos FF booed when FC Zenit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pål Friberger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mathias Fridlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Åke Skräddare having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Jeff Pesos FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Möllgren to maneuver through the defense. Jeff Pesos FF's Jan-Åke Hellbom got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Mathias Fridlund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Per-Åke Skräddare. That made the score 0-1 in the 69 minute of play. Mathias Fridlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Per-Åke Skräddare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Pettersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Åke Skräddare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Pettersson in the 81st minute of the match. Petter Tingberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonatan Söder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petter Tingberg ran back to his position shaking his head. 87 minutes into the match, FC Zenit's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Pettersson came free, but Per-Åke Skräddare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Pettersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Per-Åke Skräddare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcus Pettersson struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Per-Åke Skräddare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jeff Pesos FF. The Jeff Pesos FF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Jeff Pesos FF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
