If Linus Giöck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Linus Giöck came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Höja IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Giöck couldn't finish the play. Stig Blom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 19 minutes of play, INA FAREEY's Vilgot Rosendal made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evert Söderkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Torbjörn Hammarström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. INA FAREEY's Torgny Boklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Giöck in the 27th minute of play. If Stig Blom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Stig Blom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evert Söderkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Evert Söderkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilgot Rosendal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stig Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Evert Söderkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half INA FAREEY were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Linus Giöck to make the kick off. Vilgot Rosendal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Evert Söderkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Stig Blom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimmy Stenström hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Rickard Dahlberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Evert Söderkvist however easily saved by the left post. Linus Giöck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute Ture Johansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torgny Boklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. INA FAREEY's Torgny Boklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tage Lundberg in the 86th minute of play. Stig Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Evert Söderkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Vilgot Rosendal took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Evert Söderkvist to make any attempt to save it. Torgny Boklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Linus Giöck in the 95th minute of play. In the 97thth minute of the game Linus Giöck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INA FAREEY's Torgny Boklund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Höja IF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching INA FAREEY's performance. The match ended with a win for INA FAREEY.
