Spectators: 7175 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kristian Biörnberg made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute, Jan-Ove Melin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Per-Arne Billvall was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ivar Nykvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kjell-Arne Nordström charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kjell-Arne Nordström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kjell-Arne Nordström kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ödåkra's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sören Josefsson in the 17th minute. A well done corner resulted in Kristian Biörnberg drilling the ball in to score 1-1 behind Åby IF's goalkeeper. With his leg Roy Hansson managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Ödåkra's Ivar Nykvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Roy Hansson stood somewhat misplaced when Ivar Nykvist came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 23 minute. Roy Hansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Biörnberg in the 27th minute of play. Ivar Nykvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Roy Hansson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Per-Arne Billvall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Ove Melin's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Hjalmar Dahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ödåkra's Lennart Månsson got a free kick in the 39th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oliver Hagström during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 46 played minutes Åby IF got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Hagström. 48 minutes into the match, Ödåkra's Ivar Nykvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roy Hansson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Valentin Rosen made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Ivar Nykvist notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Åby IF's Roy Hansson. Roy Hansson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roy Hansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Nykvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jan-Ove Melin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Rosen in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per-Arne Billvall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per-Arne Billvall came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Åby IF's Jan-Ove Melin. But to his dismay, Jan-Ove Melin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After having played for 72 minutes, Jan-Ove Melin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åby IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Ove Melin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oliver Hagström struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Per-Arne Billvall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åby IF. After 76 played minutes Ödåkra got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Biörnberg. Jan-Ove Melin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Per-Arne Billvall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Ödåkra's Per-Arne Billvall got control of the ball when Jan-Ove Melin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match, Valentin Rosen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Per-Arne Billvall saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Roy Hansson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivar Nykvist went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Ödåkra's Per-Arne Billvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Rosen in the 97th minute of play. Ödåkra's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
