Spectators: 7086 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rikard Olofsson kicked off to start the match. Rikard Olofsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Brogren having to interfere. Christopher Tidéksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tord Jakobsson charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tord Jakobsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Real Madrid's Elias Mattsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SIF Akademi. Rikard Olofsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Magne Brogren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Christer Mårtensson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claes Mossberg went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rikard Olofsson in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magne Brogren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rikard Olofsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Magne Brogren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claes Mossberg in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christer Mårtensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christopher Tidéksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Magne Brogren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SIF Akademi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rikard Olofsson 34 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. The long shot by Sebastian Finnman in the 38th minute really tested Magne Brogren's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Christer Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uno Östlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Magne Brogren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rikard Olofsson in the 44th minute of the match. Uno Östlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

In the 53rd minute of the match SIF Akademi got a corner. Real Madrid's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emanuel Offendahl ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Emanuel Offendahl got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Christer Mårtensson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emanuel Offendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Christopher Tidéksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 62 minutes, Christopher Tidéksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christopher Tidéksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Magne Brogren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Tidéksson in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christopher Tidéksson in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magne Brogren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, SIF Akademi's Ingvar Walroth got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Christopher Tidéksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Brogren having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Uno Östlund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christer Mårtensson. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 78th match minute, Real Madrid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Arvidsson to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Claes Mossberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. SIF Akademi were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Real Madrid's much stronger midfield.
