The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Flarken booed when Mantorp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Asserlind didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fredrik Brodin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Fågel in the 41st minute of play.
