Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Yngve Hansson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Yngve Hansson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bengt Åström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gustav Rang kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Flen FC's Bengt Åström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Åke Sörman in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute Yngve Hansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bengt Åström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yngve Hansson in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yngve Hansson in the 21st minute of play forced Flen FC's goalkeeper Bengt Åström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes, Arholma IFK's Allan Åman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bengt Åström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Arholma IFK reached it. Bengt Åström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yngve Hansson in the 31st minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Sixten Eliasson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Egon Ambjörnsson, 1-1. Wictor Ahlbom took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egon Ambjörnsson. Egon Ambjörnsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wictor Ahlbom to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Arholma IFK's Gustav Rang got a free kick in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yngve Hansson in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt Åström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Yngve Hansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57thth minute of the game Yngve Hansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flen FC's Bengt Åström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens Algren during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Arholma IFK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jens Algren hit a great ball. Bengt Åström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yngve Hansson in the 66th minute of play. Mark Wickander hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Arholma IFK were furious when Ingmar Nyström was red carded, 77 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 79th minute, Hampus Sandwall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 81st minute, Wictor Ahlbom made a precise shot to the right of Egon Ambjörnsson. Arholma IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After a rather tough play, Arholma IFK's Gustav Rang got a free kick in the 86th minute. Wictor Ahlbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Ambjörnsson having to interfere. Flen FC's Sixten Eliasson got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Wictor Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flen FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Arholma IFK for a fine match.
