After a defensive mix-up in Bad Boys's zone, Jan-Åke Sörman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredrik Blom came out of the goal and Jan-Åke Sörman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yngve Hansson in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fredrik Blom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Johannes Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 minutes of play, Arholma IFK's Yngve Hansson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredrik Blom was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kevin Billing charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kevin Billing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Arholma IFK's Kevin Billing got a free kick in the 17th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Bad Boys's Elliot Vibjörnsson tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fredrik Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yngve Hansson in the 22nd minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Gustav Rang was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arholma IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bad Boys the free kick. Birger Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Ambjörnsson having to interfere. After 37 played minutes Arholma IFK got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Billing. With 38 minutes on the clock, Gustav Rang commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arholma IFK! The goalkeeper, Egon Ambjörnsson, was totally fooled by Bad Boys's Elliot Vibjörnsson, who 41 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The audience was convinced that Jan-Åke Sörman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fredrik Blom was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan-Åke Sörman to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bad Boys's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ulf Busk was slow to take the kick. During this time Arholma IFK's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Arholma IFK's Ulf Busk to fire away a dangerous shot which Fredrik Blom despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Kevin Billing had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fredrik Blom. Bad Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kevin Billing was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After having played for 67 minutes, Jan-Åke Sörman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arholma IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Åke Sörman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fredrik Blom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Åke Sörman in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute, Kevin Billing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konrad Björkdahl struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Fredrik Blom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arholma IFK. Niklas Kjellkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fredrik Blom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niklas Kjellkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. If Jan-Åke Sörman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arholma IFK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
