Spectators: 7267 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yngve Hansson started the match with the kick off. Jan-Åke Sörman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Arholma IFK getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Kevin Billing hit a great ball. In the 13th minute Yngve Hansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, one of Myggenäs IK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Arholma IFK a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gustav Rang, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Myggenäs IK's Johannes Åberg. 0-1. After 19 played minutes Arholma IFK got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Billing. Myggenäs IK's Johannes Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Åke Sörman in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Yngve Hansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arholma IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Yngve Hansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johannes Åberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Myggenäs IK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Arholma IFK:s goal. Egon Ambjörnsson made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Sven Kalfhage sent off a good shot on target. If Sven Kalfhage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennart Lindgren kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Randall Leal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Myggenäs IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arholma IFK the free kick. The supporters of Arholma IFK booed when Myggenäs IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randall Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Johannes Åberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yngve Hansson in the 51st minute of play. After 54 played minutes Arholma IFK got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Nyström. If Jan-Åke Sörman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Myggenäs IK's Johannes Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Billing in the 59th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Myggenäs IK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Yngve Hansson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Sven Kalfhage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yngve Hansson struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Johannes Åberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arholma IFK. Jan-Åke Sörman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johannes Åberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 81st minute Sven Kalfhage shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egon Ambjörnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Arholma IFK's zone, Sven Kalfhage stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egon Ambjörnsson came out of the goal and Sven Kalfhage tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90thth minute of the game Sven Kalfhage who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arholma IFK's Egon Ambjörnsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Randall Leal took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egon Ambjörnsson. Egon Ambjörnsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 95th minute, Ulf Busk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingvar Askstedt didn't quite understand what happened when in the 97 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Myggenäs IK lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
