After 3 minutes of play, Mörtviks FC's Gustaf Jansson made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jakob Uggstedt was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th minute, Karl-Johan Wennersten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Calle Stenquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Sjö, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Gustaf Jansson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jakob Uggstedt. The goal made the score 2-1. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Sture Lidström got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Staffanstorp RK getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Axel Hård hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Staffanstorp RK's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Lidström came free, but Jakob Uggstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmund Sjö stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Karl-Johan Wennersten who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Calle Stenquist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sture Lidström in the 59th minute of play forced Staffanstorp RK's goalkeeper Jakob Uggstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Karl-Johan Wennersten came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Staffanstorp RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Johan Wennersten couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Albin Sjöman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Johan Wennersten who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Calle Stenquist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Calle Stenquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Sjö in the 71st minute of the match. Sture Lidström struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Jakob Uggstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mörtviks FC. Gustaf Jansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Uggstedt having to interfere. If Sture Lidström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmund Sjö sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Edmund Sjö managed to get in a good position for a shot. Staffanstorp RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmund Sjö was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calle Stenquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sture Lidström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jakob Uggstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calle Stenquist came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Staffanstorp RK's Karl-Johan Wennersten. But to his dismay, Karl-Johan Wennersten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.
