After 27 minutes of play Rörö IK's Erik Näfver was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The audience was convinced that Martin Dalström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oskar Kruuse was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michel Aronsson during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Betomica FF booed when Rörö IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulf Sandström made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Ulf Sandström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niklas Nyström. Betomica FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulf Sandström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Nils-Emil Danielsson came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Rörö IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils-Emil Danielsson couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Rörö IK's zone, Sven-Arne Gadd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oskar Kruuse came out of the goal and Sven-Arne Gadd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Dalström got free with Oskar Kruuse in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rörö IK's Oskar Kruuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Arne Gadd in the 69th minute of play. Sven-Arne Gadd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Sven-Arne Gadd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Betomica FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Arne Gadd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oskar Kruuse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Betomica FF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
