Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Karl-Ove Willig made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Betomica FF defense, Klas Bergfeldt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niklas Nyström. The Betomica FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niklas Nyström should have stopped the shot. Karl-Ove Willig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Niklas Nyström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Betomica FF's Martin Dalström got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johnny Wallengren hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Sven-Arne Gadd notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Heberg's Thomas Colin. Thomas Colin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thomas Colin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Dalström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes, Heberg's Johnny Wallengren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Niklas Nyström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Heberg reached it. Klas Bergfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Niklas Nyström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Ove Willig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 minutes, Henrik Skog mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Betomica FF and the Heberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 36 minutes, Karl-Ove Willig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Ove Willig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niklas Nyström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Ove Willig in the 40th minute of play. After 48 played minutes Betomica FF got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Åkesson. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Arne Gadd to strike the kick off in the second half. Andreas Törnqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Martin Dalström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Thomas Colin made a huge save. Martin Dalström might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Colin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Dalström ran back to his position shaking his head. Karl-Ove Willig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Niklas Nyström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Karl-Ove Willig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgar Fors's late challenge caught a Heberg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Fors helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Betomica FF getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Edgar Fors hit a great ball. Martin Dalström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sven-Arne Gadd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Thomas Colin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Martin Dalström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Betomica FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Dalström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Colin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Arne Gadd in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Colin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Betomica FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
