The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Runhällen BF getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Göran Haström hit a great ball. Ulf Sandström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Åkesson having to interfere. Erland Åkesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oskar Kruuse having to interfere. Rörö IK's Oskar Kruuse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Rörö IK from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute, Erland Åkesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Ulf Sandström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Villiam Bammerman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Runhällen BF booed when Rörö IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Näfver didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 played minutes Runhällen BF got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Arne Alebäck. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Sandström in the 40th minute of play forced Runhällen BF's goalkeeper Torsten Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Nils-Emil Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulf Sandström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Torsten Åkesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Villiam Bammerman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oskar Kruuse having to make a save. 53 minutes into the game, Runhällen BF's Erland Åkesson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oskar Kruuse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 57 minutes into the match, Villiam Bammerman notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Rörö IK's Oskar Kruuse. Oskar Kruuse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ulf Sandström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Runhällen BF's Torsten Åkesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Runhällen BF from getting a goal against them. When Runhällen BF's Villiam Bammerman in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rörö IK's goalie prevented a goal. Nils-Emil Danielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Åkesson having to interfere. Erland Åkesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torsten Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Emil Danielsson in the 87th minute of the match. A hard, long distance shot from Göran Haström flew over the goal. Oskar Kruuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erland Åkesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
