Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Östen Glanselius made the kick off which started today's match. If Dick Grönberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Östen Glanselius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claes Colin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Östen Glanselius in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Bjuråker's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Vollander came free, but Claes Colin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lugnvik's Tage Grönlund got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 29th minute Kenneth Finsberg suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. A collision led to Lugnvik getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Albin Larsson hit a great ball. Andreas Jakobsson kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Östen Glanselius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lugnvik's supporters rose to their feet, but Östen Glanselius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claes Colin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Östen Glanselius came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Lugnvik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Östen Glanselius couldn't finish the play. If Östen Glanselius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Dick Grönberg in the 45th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The supporters of Bjuråker booed when Lugnvik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tage Grönlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Andreas Jakobsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Ambjörnsson in the 52nd minute of play forced Bjuråker's goalkeeper Claes Colin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ludvig Joensson fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lugnvik's protests and gave Ludvig Joensson a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lugnvik! Claes Colin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Östen Glanselius in the 60th minute of the match. Christian Vollander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Colin having to interfere. Dick Grönberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronny Bern read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Andreas Jakobsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bjuråker's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Jakobsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lugnvik's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Otto Lundhberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Bjuråker's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Jakobsson in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronny Bern prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute, Andreas Jakobsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, Rickard Melander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bjuråker fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Lugnvik's Malte Blomkvist got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute Dick Grönberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronny Bern saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rickard Melander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Bern having to interfere. Bjuråker's Dick Grönberg got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rickard Melander in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronny Bern saved Lugnvik from getting behind. Lugnvik's Ronny Bern played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dick Grönberg in the 91st minute of play. If Dick Grönberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bjuråker fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lugnvik had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
