Emanuel Sikström scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesper Fredriksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adrian Låsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Åke Svanström having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Development got a freekick which was hit by Lars Brummer. Johan Alström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jesper Fredriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bromma IF's Herman Andreasson got a free kick in the 32nd minute. An unexpected shot in the 48th minute by Adrian Låsberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After the first half Development were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robert Johnsson was the one to do the kick off. Nils-Åke Svanström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Låsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Johan Alström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 67 minutes, Adrian Låsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bromma IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Låsberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evert Bergman during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
