Thor Alrot came out of the goal and Emil Fanström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edvin Fagrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Pedersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Valleymountains Pågar's goalkeeper Edvin Fagrell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harald Sandberg. 26 minutes into the game, Ivar Askelöf recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edvin Fagrell. Ivar Askelöf showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Valleymountains Pågar's Edvin Fagrell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Valleymountains Pågar from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the game, Harald Sandberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shadow Fotbollsklubb's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valleymountains Pågar the free kick. After 33 played minutes Shadow Fotbollsklubb got a freekick which was hit by Harald Sandberg. Valleymountains Pågar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesper Alstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Shadow Fotbollsklubb's Edvin Fagrell threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivar Askelöf, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Valleymountains Pågar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Helge Pedersson scored to the left of an out of position Edvin Fagrell, making the score, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Helge Pedersson to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Valleymountains Pågar's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Pedersson came free, but Edvin Fagrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Samuelsson in the 62nd minute of play forced Valleymountains Pågar's goalkeeper Edvin Fagrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valleymountains Pågar's Edvin Fagrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Samuelsson in the 73rd minute of play. Edvin Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Pedersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Jesper Alstedt's late challenge caught a Shadow Fotbollsklubb's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
