Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Paul Sundström got the match started through his kick off. Kjell Backlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mats Tham charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mats Tham the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mats Tham hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Per-Olof Arenstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Jonsson having to interfere. Arne Jonsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Falk, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Arne Jonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Falk in the 12th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kjell Backlund during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Risögrund BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Backlund to maneuver through the defense. Arne Jonsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paul Sundström's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Storfors AIK's Joacim Ålberg got control of the ball when Kjell Backlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Storfors AIK's Joacim Ålberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Storfors AIK from getting a goal against them. Arne Jonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Sundström in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Birger Bremming shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Jonsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Falk, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Sundström in the 39th minute of play forced Risögrund BF's goalkeeper Arne Jonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Falk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Arne Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Storfors AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Sundin to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the match, Risögrund BF's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Bremming came free, but Arne Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Paul Sundström in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Thomas Henriksson fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Risögrund BF's protests and gave Thomas Henriksson a yellow card for diving instead. Arne Jonsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Olof Arenstedt went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Paul Sundström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arne Jonsson was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. During the 71st minute of the match Thomas Henriksson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Thomas Henriksson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Risögrund BF's Thomas Henriksson got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Per-Olof Arenstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Storfors AIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Olof Arenstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isac Abelsson scored 2-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joacim Ålberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kjell Backlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Joacim Ålberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Risögrund BF! When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Paul Sundström sped through Risögrund BF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arne Jonsson. After a defensive mix-up in Risögrund BF's zone, Paul Sundström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Jonsson came out of the goal and Paul Sundström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Storfors AIK's Per-Olof Arenstedt got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Risögrund BF's Arne Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Sundström in the 97th minute of play. The Storfors AIK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
