Freddie Bergendahl succeeded in the game's 20th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Höijer in the 73rd minute of play forced Storvreta's goalkeeper Conny Uter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Christian Danielsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Sture Alkvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabian Öfverman hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Väja defense, Christian Danielsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sture Alkvist. The Väja fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sture Alkvist should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Storvreta fans cheered their team off the field, for while Väja had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
