Holger Frisck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Lundin having to interfere. Bertil Lindsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Gullesson in the 21st minute of the match. When Mikael Gullesson came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Flädervägen BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Gullesson couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes into the game, Patrik Bredberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bertil Lindsten was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute, Kjell-Arne Lundin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Flädervägen BK booed when Hallsberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludvig Bark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Casper Uter charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After a defensive mix-up in Hallsberg's zone, Patrik Bredberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertil Lindsten came out of the goal and Patrik Bredberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
