If Anders Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Norrfjärden's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Kihlberg came free, but Isaac Vollander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 12 minutes, Anders Lindberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Norrfjärden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anders Lindberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Norrfjärden booed when Torsby FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Landin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Spets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Torsby FF's Ingvar Johansson got a free kick in the 24th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Urban Beckström sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Niclas Hafström threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Urban Beckström this time. After a defensive mix-up in Torsby FF's zone, Anders Lindberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niclas Hafström came out of the goal and Anders Lindberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Spets got free with Niclas Hafström in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Anders Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ola Kihlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaac Vollander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingvar Vikström's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Ola Kihlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Vollander having to interfere.

In the 54th minute, Ola Kihlberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Norrfjärden getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Lennart Lund hit a great ball. Ingvar Vikström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Isaac Vollander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Norrfjärden! If Felix Spets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Ola Kihlberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isaac Vollander. Ola Kihlberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Niclas Hafström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Spets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Spets fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Hafström having to interfere. When Ingvar Johansson fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Torsby FF's protests and gave Ingvar Johansson a yellow card for diving instead. Ola Kihlberg struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Isaac Vollander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torsby FF. The Torsby FF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Torsby FF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
