Gustaf Högberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Alvin Rudkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Gallberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Finman having to interfere. Dan Finman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Gallberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Allan Söderberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dan Finman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Finman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Söderberg's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute, United stand FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gustaf Högberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Allan Söderberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Finman having to interfere. Kjell Bergström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvin Rudkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Kjell Bergström fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alvin Rudkvist, passed just outside the right post. In the 34th match minute, United stand FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niklas Berggren to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Gallberg in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Finman saved Studentgatan FC from getting behind. Dan Finman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Söderberg's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Alvin Rudkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell Bergström, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Studentgatan FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. United stand FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kjell Bergström made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Studentgatan FC's zone, Tomas Gallberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Finman came out of the goal and Tomas Gallberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Studentgatan FC's Kjell Bergström got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Gallberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Söderberg took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dan Finman. Dan Finman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Kjell Bergström struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Alvin Rudkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Studentgatan FC. Alvin Rudkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaf Högberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Studentgatan FC's Rudolf Helberg got a free kick in the 77th minute. Studentgatan FC's Dan Finman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Gallberg in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Studentgatan FC's zone, Tomas Gallberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Finman came out of the goal and Tomas Gallberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Allan Söderberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The United stand FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Allan Söderberg took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dan Finman. Dan Finman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The United stand FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing United stand FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
