The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Harlösa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vännäs:s goal. Ola Biörkman placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Nils-Emil Lenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Enström in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Per-Olof Månsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Knut Tunström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th minute, one of Harlösa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Harlösa. The referee gave Vännäs a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ola Biörkman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Harlösa's Knut Tunström. 2-0. Birger Kruuse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Knut Tunström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Harlösa's Knut Tunström got control of the ball when Per-Olof Månsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oskar Enström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Emil Lenberg having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Emanuel Billberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vännäs's Nils-Emil Lenberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Harlösa's Oskar Enström got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charlie Nordin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Emil Lenberg having to interfere. If Per-Olof Månsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Birger Kruuse was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Viggo Skröder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Harlösa's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Olof Månsson came free, but Knut Tunström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Vännäs's goalkeeper Nils-Emil Lenberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oskar Enström. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Vännäs could leave the field as winners, despite Harlösa having more of the ball for most of the match.
