The tension between the Göta RK and the Ac Big Hult players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 2 played minutes Göta RK got a freekick which was hit by Isak Hääger. 11 minutes into the match, Jörgen Dalman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vincent Uter. Göta RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jörgen Dalman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Tommy Åberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulrik Fransson in the 15th minute of the match. Ac Big Hult's Tommy Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrik Fransson in the 16th minute of play. 1-1 became the score in the 18th minute when Ulrik Fransson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Tommy Åberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Thedin in the 22nd minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Göta RK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ac Big Hult:s goal. The goalkeeper, Vincent Uter, was totally fooled by Ac Big Hult's Valentin Tolsson, who 33 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. A collision led to Ac Big Hult getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Lennart Vacker hit a great ball. A collision led to Göta RK getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Bengt Kullander hit a great ball. Göta RK's Roland Thedin got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 39 played minutes Ac Big Hult got a freekick which was hit by Lennart Vacker. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Thedin in the 41st minute of play forced Ac Big Hult's goalkeeper Tommy Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roland Thedin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Åberg having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ac Big Hult's zone, Bengt Martinsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Åberg came out of the goal and Bengt Martinsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ac Big Hult's Valentin Tolsson got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Roland Thedin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Göta RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Thedin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Åberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bengt Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ac Big Hult's zone, Roland Thedin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Åberg came out of the goal and Roland Thedin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vilgot Söderqvist took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Åberg. Tommy Åberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Roland Thedin in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tommy Åberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Vilgot Söderqvist came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Göta RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilgot Söderqvist couldn't finish the play. Vincent Uter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörgen Dalman in the 69th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ac Big Hult's zone, Roland Thedin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Åberg came out of the goal and Roland Thedin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roland Thedin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute of the match, Bengt Martinsson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tommy Åberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Göta RK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
