Sten Västlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villiam Runeberg having to interfere. In the 31stth minute of the game Stig Caspersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Universidad de Chile's Villiam Runeberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Club Universidad de Chile's Villiam Runeberg got control of the ball when Sten Västlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Sven Grelsson fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
