In a very dangerous position, a player in 3XM fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! Kenny Qvarnström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jim Johansson in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Jim Johansson scored 2-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kenny Qvarnström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute, Ingvar Lundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Villiam Aleberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Sören Isaksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armada United's Jonas Alegren shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gustav Sundström but with some difficulty. The supporters of Armada United booed when 3XM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Lindqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villiam Aleberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Sundström having to interfere. When Henning Klintæus fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Armada United's protests and gave Henning Klintæus a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Armada United getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Henning Klintæus hit a great ball. Billy Käller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
