The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Peter Källberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robin Hammarbäck went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Sven-Åke Lundkvist came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Blackbay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Åke Lundkvist couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Vedevåg BK's Herbert Tomasson got a free kick in the 15th minute. Vedevåg BK's Erling Målare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Åke Lundkvist in the 17th minute of play. When Mikael Berg fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blackbay's protests and gave Mikael Berg a yellow card for diving instead. Mikael Berg kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Vedevåg BK's Robin Hammarbäck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peter Källberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Blackbay's Peter Källberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Lindell in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Blackbay's Isak Stephansson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Isak Stephansson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Blackbay protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Isak Stephansson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Blackbay's Isak Stephansson got a free kick in the 37th minute. It was beautiful to see Vedevåg BK's Greger Wikander in action when he in the 39th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 43rd minute, Herbert Tomasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Blackbay's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Hammarbäck came free, but Peter Källberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Vedevåg BK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Kjell Joensson made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Kjell Joensson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Peter Källberg, 0-3. Blackbay's Peter Källberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Blackbay from getting a goal against them. In the 56th minute, Blackbay's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hampus Hjortsberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Robin Hammarbäck took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Källberg. Peter Källberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 64th minute Mikael Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erling Målare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Blackbay booed when Vedevåg BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Lindell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Hampus Hjortsberg made a precise shot to the right of Peter Källberg. Blackbay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Peter Källberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Hammarbäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Joensson in the 72nd minute of play forced Blackbay's goalkeeper Peter Källberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Sven Lindell reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Peter Källberg. The goal made the score 0-6. Vedevåg BK's Alvin Nordström got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvin Nordström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Peter Källberg made a huge save. Peter Källberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell Joensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 85th minute, Alvin Nordström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robin Hammarbäck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Källberg having to make a save. Peter Källberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvin Nordström in the 89th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven Lindell during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vedevåg BK's Sven Lindell got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Alvin Nordström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Källberg having to interfere. Vedevåg BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
