Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Karl-Åke Lööf made the kick off and thus started the match. 5 minutes into the match, US ARMY's goalkeeper Johnny Bruse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gunnar Ahlroht. Johnny Bruse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Åke Lööf in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Söröje IF booed when US ARMY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Olsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Söröje IF's Isak Qvalfeldt couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for US ARMY. Arne Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Åke Lööf in the 11th minute of play forced US ARMY's goalkeeper Johnny Bruse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Robert Bock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Pååk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Åke Lööf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnny Bruse having to interfere. Sivert Bergqvist was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, one of Söröje IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Robin Ståhlman shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Kristoffer Pååk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Bock in the 24th minute of the match. US ARMY's Björn Bergren got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johnny Bruse was a little too slow when Gunnar Ahlroht got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, US ARMY's Johnny Bruse got control of the ball when Gunnar Ahlroht tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonatan Hurtig might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Johnny Bruse. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonatan Hurtig ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 42nd minute, US ARMY's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gunnar Ahlroht fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Edvin Ekegren charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edvin Ekegren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, US ARMY's Edvin Ekegren got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Jonatan Hurtig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johnny Bruse was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robert Bock made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Björn Bergren got free with Kristoffer Pååk in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Gunnar Ahlroht left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Söröje IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Björn Bergren managed to get in a good position for a shot. US ARMY's supporters rose to their feet, but Björn Bergren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristoffer Pååk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gunnar Ahlroht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Johnny Bruse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Gunnar Ahlroht got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th match minute, Söröje IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Hurtig to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match Robin Ståhlman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kristoffer Pååk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonatan Hurtig struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Johnny Bruse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Söröje IF. Gunnar Ahlroht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Johnny Bruse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Johannes Sigfridsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gunnar Ahlroht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
