In the 20th minute, Mikael Lundqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roy Jönsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christer Bivall in the 30th minute. Roy Jönsson made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Christer Bivall sent off a good shot on target. After 58 played minutes Ingmarsö got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Lundqvist. After a defensive mix-up in Ingmarsö's zone, Kurt Sävström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roy Jönsson came out of the goal and Kurt Sävström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Ingmarsö defense, Kurt Sävström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roy Jönsson. The Ingmarsö fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roy Jönsson should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute, Mikael Lundqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christer Bivall kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The supporters of Bandhagen IF booed when Ingmarsö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludwig Isaksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Ingmarsö's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Sävström came free, but Roy Jönsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christer Bivall charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The Bandhagen IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ingmarsö had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
