The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per-Arne Sjöberg was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Harald Forsman sped through Örträsk's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hugo Hylander. Hugo Hylander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Arne Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dick Linberg came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Örträsk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dick Linberg couldn't finish the play. Jesper Örn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andy Olenberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. The Örträsk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Hylander should have stopped the shot. If Harald Forsman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harald Forsman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Hugo Hylander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Per-Arne Sjöberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Per-Erik Hjortsberg's late challenge caught a Örträsk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per-Erik Hjortsberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Svanavattnet IK getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Per-Erik Hjortsberg hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Örträsk players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Svanavattnet IK.
