Spectators: 7290 (Terracing: 5470, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Matthias Rosendahl started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, AC MILAN's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Lindqvist came free, but Christopher Brun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthias Rosendahl in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christopher Brun saved AC MILAN from getting behind. Roland Knutsson made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Stig Majman sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 12 minutes, Gösta Fredriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC MILAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gösta Fredriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christopher Brun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Rosendahl in the 13th minute of the match. AC MILAN's Christopher Brun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Rosendahl in the 20th minute of play. Wiktor Stigsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christopher Brun. AC MILAN's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to AC MILAN getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Georg Melin hit a great ball. Frans Blomkvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christopher Brun. AC MILAN's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 32 played minutes AC MILAN got a freekick which was hit by Arvid Askestät. In the 35th minute, Aaron Gunnarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Lindqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Christopher Brun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bengt-Rune Jelm to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Hugo Lindqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Påryd RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Lindqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Brun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Hugo Lindqvist came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Påryd RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Lindqvist couldn't finish the play. If Bengt-Rune Jelm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt-Rune Jelm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Knutsson having to interfere. Christopher Brun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Lindqvist in the 67th minute. If Hugo Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Bengt-Rune Jelm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Knutsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christopher Brun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Rosendahl in the 87th minute of play. Hugo Lindqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Christopher Brun made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Lindqvist got free with Christopher Brun in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hugo Lindqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Georg Melin hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
