After some careless play in the Rinkeby FC defense, Bertil Gummeson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Ugla. The Rinkeby FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Ugla should have stopped the shot. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rinkeby FC! Karl-Magnus Lindholm shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Karl-Axel Brodin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Ivarsson in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Rinkeby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Gummeson came free, but Hugo Ugla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Ödåkra's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Dalberg came free, but Karl-Axel Brodin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rinkeby FC's Gösta Ivarsson in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ödåkra's goalie prevented a goal. Arvin Gallin ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tomas Dalberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bertil Gummeson to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Rinkeby FC's zone, Jens-Ove Wennerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Ugla came out of the goal and Jens-Ove Wennerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl-Axel Brodin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Dalberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John Borre during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Ödåkra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Borre to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Dalberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Karl-Axel Brodin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arvin Gallin in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Axel Brodin saved Ödåkra from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, John Borre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Ugla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Gummeson in the 75th minute of play. Karl-Axel Brodin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Dalberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arvin Gallin struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Karl-Axel Brodin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rinkeby FC. Karl-Axel Brodin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Ivarsson in the 84th minute of the match. Tomas Dalberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl-Axel Brodin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Dalberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Dalberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Axel Brodin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Tomas Dalberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl-Axel Brodin having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Gummeson in the 92nd minute of play forced Rinkeby FC's goalkeeper Hugo Ugla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Tomas Dalberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl-Axel Brodin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Rinkeby FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
