The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Ove Wennerberg got free with Rutger Hellsing in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rejmyre's goalkeeper Rutger Hellsing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute Bertil Gummeson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutger Hellsing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rejmyre's Rutger Hellsing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Gummeson in the 19th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rejmyre's zone, Jens-Ove Wennerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rutger Hellsing came out of the goal and Jens-Ove Wennerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jens-Ove Wennerberg in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rutger Hellsing, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rutger Hellsing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Gummeson in the 27th minute of play. In the 29thth minute of the game Bertil Gummeson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rejmyre's Rutger Hellsing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jens-Ove Wennerberg in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rutger Hellsing, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bertil Gummeson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Ödåkra's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Rutger Hellsing made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Jens-Ove Wennerberg sent off a good shot on target. Bertil Gummeson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Rutger Hellsing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rutger Hellsing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Gummeson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bertil Gummeson made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Gummeson in the 51st minute of play forced Rejmyre's goalkeeper Rutger Hellsing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Rejmyre's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Gummeson came free, but Rutger Hellsing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 56 minutes, Bertil Gummeson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ödåkra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Gummeson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rutger Hellsing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ove Wennerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Rutger Hellsing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Stigsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, one of Rejmyre:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rejmyre. Rutger Hellsing had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Karl-Magnus Lindholm's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Karl-Magnus Lindholm took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rutger Hellsing. Rutger Hellsing dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Rutger Hellsing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Gummeson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Bertil Gummeson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rutger Hellsing was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 78th minute, one of Rejmyre:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rejmyre. The referee gave Ödåkra a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Karl-Magnus Lindholm, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rejmyre's Rutger Hellsing. 3-0. Rejmyre's Rutger Hellsing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Gummeson in the 85th minute of play. Per Lange kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Rune Stenquist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Rejmyre's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Gummeson came free, but Rutger Hellsing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th match minute, Ödåkra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ove Wennerberg to maneuver through the defense.
