If Magnus Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Ove Palmkvist in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg John Hegg saved Idkerberget from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Karl-Oskar Palm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 played minutes, Idkerberget's Ludvig Ingemarsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paul Berggren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Idkerberget reached it. In the 31st minute, Karl-Michael Vollander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paul Berggren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torsten Billock in the 33rd minute. Torsten Billock received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paul Berggren came out and tried to block the shot, but Torsten Billock slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Knut Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hälleforsnäs's goalkeeper Paul Berggren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hälleforsnäs's Karl-Michael Vollander got a free kick in the 46th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The wind increased when Sven-Ove Palmkvist made the kick off in the second half. Marcus Pihlblad struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. John Hegg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hälleforsnäs. In the 54th minute of the match, Sven-Ove Palmkvist tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but John Hegg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Idkerberget's Peder Vesterberg got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Johnny Ahlberg fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hälleforsnäs's protests and gave Johnny Ahlberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, Hälleforsnäs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnny Ahlberg to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the match, Idkerberget's Olof Löfkvist broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Marcus Pihlblad who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of John Hegg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Paul Berggren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magnus Lindqvist's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. If Magnus Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Idkerberget booed when Hälleforsnäs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Michael Vollander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torsten Billock struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Paul Berggren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Idkerberget. Marcus Pihlblad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paul Berggren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magnus Lindqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Marcus Pihlblad's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but John Hegg firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Hälleforsnäs players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Idkerberget from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
