The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fábio Cannavaro helped the player get up and apologised. Netherlands made a substitution. Bart Zomerhuis replaced Gijsbert ter Kruimer. Sebastian Domaliks short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Arnout Reekers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Domalik got free with Arnout Reekers in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leon Rosiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bart Zomerhuis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leon Rosiewicz. Chojnickie Byki's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 47th minute Bart Zomerhuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Rosiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bart Zomerhuis made a kick off. Gustaaf Groeneveldt struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Leon Rosiewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Chojnickie Byki made a substitution. Kong Jun Yi replaced Boguslaw Tomiczek. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Rosiewicz having to interfere. Chojnickie Byki's Leon Rosiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Chojnickie Byki from getting a goal against them. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leon Rosiewicz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fabian Penczkowski hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leon Rosiewicz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Chojnickie Byki's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took the corner. In the 87th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leon Rosiewicz made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. Leon Rosiewicz was a little too slow when Lars Meesters got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-3. Kees Mooiweer hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
