When Anders Svensson fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Elliot Bock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Söderström in the 36th minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Adrian Alkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klädesholmen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Alkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute Kjell-Arne Barck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Bock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 50th minute, one of Klädesholmen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Klädesholmen. Elliot Bock had in the 52ndth minute some difficulties stopping Gösta Lönn's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 52 minutes of play, Leno FC's Gösta Lönn made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elliot Bock was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jack Zander kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Elliot Bock made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Kjell-Arne Barck sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Stephansson in the 64th minute of play forced Leno FC's goalkeeper Anders Adelsköld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tage Hedlund during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Klädesholmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tage Hedlund to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Adrian Alkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anders Adelsköld was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 77th match minute, Klädesholmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tage Hedlund to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Klädesholmen getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Tage Hedlund hit a great ball. When Tage Hedlund came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Klädesholmen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tage Hedlund couldn't finish the play. When Klädesholmen's Adrian Alkvist in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leno FC's goalie prevented a goal. Kjell-Arne Barck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Bock having to interfere. If Markus Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anders Adelsköld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markus Nyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute, Kjell-Arne Barck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Klädesholmen had won after a very even match.
