Jim Lägdin charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jim Lägdin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes Junsele got a freekick which was hit by Jim Lägdin. Jonathan Svensson struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Sigvard Mager didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Högalid. During the 13th minute of the match Jim Lägdin completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jim Lägdin a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 14th minute, Jim Lägdin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Junsele's zone, Jonathan Svensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sigvard Mager came out of the goal and Jonathan Svensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When IFK Högalid's Jonathan Svensson in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Junsele's goalie prevented a goal. Sigvard Mager showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Kinnman in the 19th minute of the match. Sigvard Mager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Svensson in the 20th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Junsele got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Olof Landin. In the 23rd minute Edvin Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvard Mager saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, IFK Högalid's Malcolm Lenberg got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvin Lang in the 28th minute of play forced Junsele's goalkeeper Sigvard Mager to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When IFK Högalid's Jonathan Svensson in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Junsele's goalie prevented a goal. After 34 minutes of play, IFK Högalid's Jonathan Svensson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sigvard Mager was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jonathan Svensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 38 minutes into the game, Jonathan Svensson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Sigvard Mager was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Svensson struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Sigvard Mager didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Högalid. The audience was convinced that Jonathan Svensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sigvard Mager was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bengt-Rune Jonasson to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Junsele's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Svensson came free, but Sigvard Mager reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rdth minute of the game Jonathan Svensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Junsele's Sigvard Mager was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sigvard Mager didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Svensson went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Sigvard Mager showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Kinnman in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, IFK Högalid's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Rune Jonasson came free, but Malte Björkdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sigvard Mager tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Junsele getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ian Olofsson hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the game, Jonathan Svensson lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Sigvard Mager. When Bengt-Rune Jonasson came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Junsele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt-Rune Jonasson couldn't finish the play. Robin Kleen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Sigvard Mager made a huge save. Edwin Billberg charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Jonathan Svensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Högalid's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Svensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sigvard Mager breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Junsele fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. IFK Högalid were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
