Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Sten Malm made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 5thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Stellan Snell would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 7 minutes into the match, Brunkens Bollklubb's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Fribäck came free, but Sven-Olof Gustafsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brunkens Bollklubb's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Gustafsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Börje Tidéksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Olof Gustafsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joachim Norberg's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. When Jonas Almkvist came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Brunkens Bollklubb fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Almkvist couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute, Sten Malm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Per Sjögren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fågelmara's zone, Sten Malm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stellan Snell came out of the goal and Sten Malm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute, Sten Malm fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mats Stenman during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Mats Stenman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Max Jonsson scored 0-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Olof Gustafsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Claes Björkdal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Sven-Olof Gustafsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Sten Malm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stellan Snell was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Sigvard Stenquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Sven-Olof Gustafsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Brunkens Bollklubb got a freekick which was hit by Per Sjögren. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Sigvard Stenquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fågelmara's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigvard Stenquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Olof Gustafsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Brunkens Bollklubb getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Vilhelm Vallman hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Malm in the 66th minute of play forced Fågelmara's goalkeeper Stellan Snell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Olof Gustafsson made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Sigvard Stenquist sent off a good shot on target. Joachim Norberg's late challenge caught a Brunkens Bollklubb's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joachim Norberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Fågelmara got a freekick which was hit by Joachim Norberg. Sten Malm might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stellan Snell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sten Malm ran back to his position shaking his head. Stellan Snell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Malm, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Max Jonsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Olof Gustafsson having to interfere. After some careless play in the Fågelmara defense, Vilhelm Vallman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stellan Snell. The Fågelmara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stellan Snell should have stopped the shot. Sten Malm struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Stellan Snell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brunkens Bollklubb. Stellan Snell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sten Malm's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Per Sjögren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brunkens Bollklubb's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fågelmara the free kick. The supporters of Fågelmara booed when Brunkens Bollklubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Sjögren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Brunkens Bollklubb had won after a very even match.
