After some careless play in the Glumslöv defense, Urban Petersson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jesper Ström. The Glumslöv fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jesper Ström should have stopped the shot. Jesper Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urban Petersson in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Glumslöv getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Henric Klint hit a great ball. When Reine Nordin fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glumslöv's protests and gave Reine Nordin a yellow card for diving instead. 25 minutes into the game, one of Glumslöv:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Glumslöv's Jesper Ström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Glumslöv from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute of the match Stillingsön got a corner. Glumslöv's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Reine Tinglöv ran over to the corner to take the kick. Stillingsön's Reine Tinglöv was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jesper Ström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 37 played minutes Urban Petersson rounded Glumslöv's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. In the 43rd minute, Leo Örtlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dick Ahlstedt was the one to do the kick off. Urban Petersson hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Dick Ahlstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glumslöv's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dick Ahlstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tor Lång received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Torgny Algren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torgny Algren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Paulin in the 65th minute. Reine Nordin was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Glumslöv! When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Urban Petersson sped through Glumslöv's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jesper Ström. The referee showed Dick Ahlstedt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Glumslöv! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Stillingsön had won after a very even match.
