Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jerry Lund started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Veberöd defense, Herman Högman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Åke Wahlström. The Veberöd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Åke Wahlström should have stopped the shot. Manfred Molander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Åke Wahlström having to interfere. Veberöd's Jan-Åke Wahlström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herman Högman in the 8th minute of play. Jan-Åke Wahlström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herman Högman went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 20 minutes, Herman Högman made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Veberöd's Jan-Åke Wahlström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th minute, Birger Hamnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Pålsson got free with Paulo Eliu in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Veberöd's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Hamnberg came free, but Jan-Åke Wahlström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Åke Wahlström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Högman in the 38th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herman Högman in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Åke Wahlström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If David Pålsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Veberöd booed when Sarok FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Borre didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Veberöd players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sarok FF were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herman Högman to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Mauricio Obaldia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jan-Åke Wahlström. The goal made the score 0-6. Herman Högman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herman Högman might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Åke Wahlström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herman Högman ran back to his position shaking his head. After 63 minutes, Herman Högman made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Veberöd's Jan-Åke Wahlström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 66 minutes of play, Sarok FF's Manfred Molander made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Åke Wahlström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Viktor Boman hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Olov Lustig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes Veberöd got a freekick which was hit by Olov Lustig. If Manfred Molander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Åke Wahlström stood somewhat misplaced when Herman Högman came free in front of goal and shot 0-10 to the left of him in the 87 minute. Marc Bergvall's late challenge caught a Veberöd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Bergvall helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Marc Bergvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herman Högman in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jan-Åke Wahlström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sarok FF played a much better game than Veberöd and deserved their victory. The Veberöd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
