Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Michel Käcker started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Sundsbruk BF's Ian Malmgren got a free kick in the 7th minute. Olov Lustig charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olov Lustig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Olov Lustig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Sundsbruk BF's Georg Arvidsson got control of the ball when David Pålsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Osvald Landin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jan-Åke Wahlström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Tolsson in the 17th minute of play forced Sundsbruk BF's goalkeeper Georg Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match, David Pålsson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Georg Arvidsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Veberöd's David Pålsson got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute Jerry Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Käcker in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Åke Wahlström saved Veberöd from getting behind. Sundsbruk BF's Georg Arvidsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Sundsbruk BF from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the match, Sundsbruk BF's goalkeeper Georg Arvidsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Pålsson. When Sundsbruk BF's Michel Käcker in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Veberöd's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Veberöd's zone, Sivert Stenqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Åke Wahlström came out of the goal and Sivert Stenqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Elliott Johnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Arne Waller hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Sundsbruk BF's goalkeeper Georg Arvidsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Pålsson. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Jerry Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veberöd's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerry Lund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Georg Arvidsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jerry Lund to strike the kick off in the second half. Sundsbruk BF's Georg Arvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Lund in the 51st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Käcker in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Åke Wahlström saved Veberöd from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Lustig in the 59th minute of play forced Sundsbruk BF's goalkeeper Georg Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Olov Lustig notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Sundsbruk BF's Georg Arvidsson. Georg Arvidsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Robert Björklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Åke Tolsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georg Arvidsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Åke Tolsson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute, Michel Käcker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sundsbruk BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 73 minutes into the match, Sundsbruk BF's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Lund came free, but Georg Arvidsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75thth minute of the game Michel Käcker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Veberöd's Jan-Åke Wahlström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olov Lustig took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Georg Arvidsson. Georg Arvidsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 85th minute, Ernst Beneth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Åke Wahlström didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sundsbruk BF's Michel Käcker shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-2 in the ordered_time% minute. After 96 played minutes Sundsbruk BF got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Arne Waller. Sundsbruk BF made a substitution. Patrik Lindman replaced Sivert Stenqvist. The supporters of Veberöd booed when Sundsbruk BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Arne Waller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Veberöd's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
