Patrik Norberg hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Trekanten's Dan Rolfsson got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Karl-Åke Flinck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Ahlgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Åke Flinck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Ahlgren in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Sebastian Nyberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ludwig Pihlblad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mattias Sandberg having to make a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Nyberg was the one to do the kick off. Mattias Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Nyberg in the 52nd minute of play. Arne Flinck hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Jim Ahlgren made a precise shot to the right of Karl-Åke Flinck. Trekanten's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Jim Ahlgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl-Åke Flinck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jim Ahlgren ran back to his position shaking his head. Mattias Sandberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Nyberg's shot from short distance in the 91st minute.
