Dala-Floda AIK:s Tobias Andreasson showed great skill when he stopped Kristoffer Bålström:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Dala-Floda AIK's Andreas Forsman got a free kick in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Bratt in the 16th minute of play forced Dala-Floda AIK's goalkeeper Tobias Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Morgan Walmarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddie Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Dala-Floda AIK's Morgan Walmarsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddie Mattsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Karl-Johan Sillén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 minutes, Kenny Berg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dala-Floda AIK and the Fritsla players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Dala-Floda AIK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Kenny Berg hit a great ball. Tobias Andreasson made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Karl-Johan Sillén sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Dala-Floda AIK's Andreas Forsman got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dala-Floda AIK's zone, Pål Bratt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Andreasson came out of the goal and Pål Bratt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tobias Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pål Bratt in the 44th minute of the match. Tobias Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Felin, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Fritsla players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dala-Floda AIK were winning 0-1.

Kåre Åkesson charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kåre Åkesson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Kåre Åkesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobias Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pål Bratt in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Bratt in the 54th minute of play forced Dala-Floda AIK's goalkeeper Tobias Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fritsla's Karl-Johan Sillén got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dala-Floda AIK's Tobias Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pål Bratt in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Fritsla defense, Morgan Walmarsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Freddie Mattsson. The Fritsla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Freddie Mattsson should have stopped the shot. Freddie Mattsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Wikander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Ragnar Rang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddie Mattsson was a little too slow when Kåre Åkesson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-3. In the 94th match minute, Fritsla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristoffer Bålström to maneuver through the defense.
