With a couple of smart ball manuevers Måns Dalman in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobias Fernström saved FC Fortuna XIII from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Måns Dalman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tobias Fernström was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Pontus Hedling came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sven-Oskar Lång could save by the left post. Måns Dalman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tobias Fernström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Åke Nyqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Alf Westerstrand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harbo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Westerstrand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Fernström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tommy Andreasson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Måns Dalman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Tobias Fernström made a huge save. When Måns Dalman fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Harbo's protests and gave Måns Dalman a yellow card for diving instead. Måns Dalman kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The FC Fortuna XIII players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
