Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Melker Skog took the kick off in the first half of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Jens-Ola Sandström in the 5th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by IK Svane's Joseph Botvidsson. 7 minutes into the game, Jens-Ola Sandström threw the ball into play from the sideline. IK Svane's Joseph Botvidsson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Melker Skog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikael Göransson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melker Skog in the 13th minute. If Melker Skog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, IK Svane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Bocklund to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Pil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isak Dahlberg in the 17th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Olov Broberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 26 minutes of play, IK Svane's Roger Bocklund made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mikael Göransson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rolf Kristiansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Göransson having to interfere. Mikael Göransson made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Roger Bocklund sent off a good shot on target. Mikael Göransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Bocklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Roger Bocklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Peter Söderkvist made the kick off in the second half. After 61 played minutes Ashington FC got a freekick which was hit by Olov Broberg. In the 63rd minute, Melker Skog left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IK Svane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 71 minutes into the match, Ashington FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melker Skog came free, but Mikael Göransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikael Göransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melker Skog, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Adrian Pil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Söderkvist in the 74th minute of the match. Peter Söderkvists short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Adrian Pil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adrian Pil came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Ashington FC's Isak Dahlberg. But to his dismay, Isak Dahlberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Peter Söderkvist in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adrian Pil, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 94th match minute, Ashington FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Broberg to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. IK Svane fully deserved thier win.
