Spectators: 7471 (Terracing: 5604, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sven-Edvin Spets took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 8th minute Sven-Edvin Spets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Phippard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Ekeroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Fanström in the 12th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, George Phippard successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 19 minutes into the match, Hobbyplan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Fanström came free, but Andreas Ekeroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Hobbyplan IF's Dennis Bäckman to fire away a dangerous shot which George Phippard despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Isaac Hammarbäck put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Andreas Ekeroth. 38 minutes into the match, Hobbyplan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Fanström came free, but Andreas Ekeroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredric Colin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rickard Fanström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Stjärnhov IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredric Colin to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, Hobbyplan IF's goalkeeper Andreas Ekeroth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rickard Fanström. Andreas Ekeroth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rickard Fanström in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute, Rickard Fanström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stjärnhov IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. George Phippard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dennis Bäckman went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Rickard Fanström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andreas Ekeroth firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some careless play in the Hobbyplan IF defense, Rickard Fanström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andreas Ekeroth. The Hobbyplan IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andreas Ekeroth should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Hobbyplan IF's Andreas Ekeroth got control of the ball when John Strömberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rickard Fanström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Andreas Ekeroth skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Dennis Bäckman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Hobbyplan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Fredric Colin came free, but Andreas Ekeroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rickard Fanström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Andreas Ekeroth made a huge save. With a little luck, Hobbyplan IF's Andreas Ekeroth got control of the ball when John Strömberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rickard Fanström got free with Andreas Ekeroth in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andreas Ekeroth made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Rickard Fanström sent off a good shot on target. Stjärnhov IF played a much better game than Hobbyplan IF and deserved their victory. The Hobbyplan IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
