After a rather tough play, Skålbo FF's Casper Norberg got a free kick in the 9th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Skålbo FF's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Bergren came free, but Carl Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BeanBag Boys booed when Skålbo FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Kruse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Josef Sandström ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Skålbo FF's Kjell-Arne Fernström got a free kick in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the Skålbo FF defense, Ingvar Häll kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carl Ek. The Skålbo FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carl Ek should have stopped the shot. Skålbo FF's Carl Ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Säfström in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of Skålbo FF booed when BeanBag Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Tunström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robin Säfström made a kick off. When Karl-Åke Odman fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skålbo FF's protests and gave Karl-Åke Odman a yellow card for diving instead. BeanBag Boys's Bernt Pååk was substituted for Per-Oskar Brask. Karl-Åke Odman kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match.
