In the 5th match minute, Vessigebro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malcolm Flinck to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the game, Vessigebro's Mikael Snäll nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Malte Lundqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Vessigebro booed when Al Shorta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Ahlerot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikael Snäll recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 minutes, Håkan Bergendahl made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Al Shorta FC's Malte Lundqvist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Vessigebro getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Casper Kristiansson hit a great ball. After 20th play minutes Mikael Snäll shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Malte Lundqvist and just under the crossbar into goal. Malte Lundqvist came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Vessigebro's Ernst Björkkvist. But to his dismay, Ernst Björkkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 30 minutes of play, Vessigebro's Ernst Björkkvist made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Malte Lundqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the match, Al Shorta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Björkkvist came free, but Malte Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by August Smitt during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Malte Lundqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikael Snäll went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Hampus Berggren kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 47 minutes into the game, when Malcolm Flinck put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vessigebro fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! The Al Shorta FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vessigebro were winning 1-6.
Victor Ahlerot struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Jonatan Mellin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Al Shorta FC. Al Shorta FC's Jan-Åke Esbjörnsson suffered a sore thigh after 56 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Mikael Snäll charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mikael Snäll the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vessigebro's Mikael Snäll got a free kick in the 57th minute. Malte Lundqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svante Harman, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Mikael Snäll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Lundqvist having to interfere. Vessigebro's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernst Björkkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Malte Lundqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mikael Snäll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Lundqvist having to interfere. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Al Shorta FC's goalkeeper Malte Lundqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernst Björkkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vessigebro's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
